Each new client will initially undergo a free full physical assessment to establish your current level of fitness, general health. It’s also an opportunity to meet with me and ask any questions you may have before committing to any personal training sessions. These physical assessments will be repeated at 8 week intervals to see the progress you are making but also note improvements or areas that still need work.

The assessment includes measuring your:
• Blood pressure and resting heart rate.
• Current weight.
• Full body measurements.
• Body fat percentage.
• Level of flexibility.
• VO2 max.
• Peak flow.

We will discover what lifestyle choices that you are making may be affecting your health and if there are any barriers to reaching your goals that need to be overcome.
All sessions can take place from the comfort and security of your own home or workplace. A time that suits you and that works around your commitments.
Created to suit you, based on the information gathered in the physical assessment and lifestyle questionnaire. These programmes will be suitable to do in your home and/or surrounding environment like the park. Exercise methods and equipment used:
• Kettlebells.
• Circuit Training.
• Free weights.
• Gym ball.
• Slam ball.
• HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training).
• Boxing / Kick Boxing.
• Fitball.
• Core Training.
• Reebok Step.
• Pilates/ballet/yoga techniques.
• Powerbag.
• Medicine Ball.
• TRX
I will give you constant advice and support as to how to eat correctly. This will help you achieve your goals faster and maximize the effects of the work you do with me during the sessions.
Becoming a mother is an exciting and wonderful time but can also be nerve-wracking and scary – all you want is the best for you and your child but sometimes it’s hard to know what that is, especially when it comes to exercise.
I can help you through this – from the moment you know you are pregnant to shifting the baby weight after the birth and beyond. I have the skills, knowledge and most importantly the experience and understanding as a mother myself who put on 4 stone during my first pregnancy!
As with all my clients, mothers or not, I will tailor a programme to suit your needs exactly, ensuring that you are happy with everything that we are doing every step of the way and explaining and reassuring you about the reason and benefit of the exercises we do. I will also ensure you get the most out of your time with me and reach your goals by helping you with your nutrition too, helping you to maintain a healthy weight for you and the baby.
